Diagnostic tool that monitors GAMS video recorders, with information detailed at different level according to device models andor FW versions.
Since version 1.3.0 SGDiag also supports GAMS video recorders connected through GamsCloud service (requires H3R 3.3.3.2 or newer installed on the same PC).

It requires the following software pre-requisites (they will be downloaded automatically during SGDiag installation if an Internet connection is available or they can be downloaded for our web site):

Starting from version 3.3.3, a new map management system is available, which can be installed as an option during the installation procedure.

ATTENTION: the new map management system, if installed, deactivates and replaces that of the previous versions;
