The Legality Rating is an indicator issued by the AGCM (Italian Authority on Fair Competition and Antitrust – Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato) which certifies the full compliance of a company with high standards of legality. In general, it also expresses the degree of attention paid by the company to the correct management of all business activities.
